“TRT MD started with the most comprehensive blood panel I’ve ever seen and walked me through what each of the results meant. I had rampant inflammation, my liver was struggling, and my hormones were out of whack. 3 months later, I’m 60 lbs down, brain fog gone, energy levels restored, and I’m living my best life.”
Brandon G.
“No attempt to upsell. No attempt to beat around the bush. He gauges your needs and desires, gives you his thoughts from the data given by your markers, and gives you suggestions. You’ll only walk away feeling like — for once — intelligence, competence, and empathy can all truly exist in one location.”
Amar
“Becoming a patient was arguably the best decision I’ve made in my life. I’ve improved my blood markers, life longevity, libido, and most importantly — learned about health and medicine. Performance at home and at work have increased 10X.”

A private clinic — sometimes called concierge medicine — is a membership-based primary care model where your physician sees far fewer patients than a traditional practice, giving you longer visits, direct access, and a physician who actually knows your history. It’s different from a public or insurance-network clinic, where physicians are typically managing thousands of patients on tight, insurance-driven visit windows.
Dr. Neelesh Thussu’s care team already looks at hormones, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, and symptoms together for our Las Vegas hormone patients. Private Clinic membership extends that same coordinated approach into full primary care — one team, one record, one relationship that understands your labs, your medications, your goals, and your long-term priorities.
Nevada ranks 45th in the nation for active physicians per capita and 48th for primary care physicians specifically — one of the tightest physician markets in the country, in a state that has grown far faster than its healthcare workforce.

TRTMD Private Clinic exists to fix the part of this equation that’s within a physician’s control: panel size and time. A traditional primary care physician may see 20–25 patients in a single day; Dr. Thussu’s panel is built to see a fraction of that, which is how a 90-minute visit is possible in the first place.
Traditional primary care physicians manage 2,000–2,500 patients and spend 15–20 minutes per visit — often seeing 20 or more patients in a single day. Our model is built around a much smaller panel and appointments that run close to 90 minutes — so when you call, your physician already understands your medications, lab history, hormones, risk factors, and goals.

“Dr. Thussu truly brings back a phenomenal bedside manner. He takes time to deeply review my blood work and discuss the results, and integrates your ideas and feelings about your health. Through small and reasonable adjustments we have managed to get and repeatedly keep all of my biomarkers in the ‘green.'”
Bryan C.
“Dr. Thussu consistently adjusts care when needed to ensure I stay on track. He is highly responsive, replying quickly to texts, and offers the flexibility of both in-office visits and convenient virtual services. His responsiveness and thoroughness are outstanding qualities and truly set him apart as a physician.”
Jason S.
“I thought all the bloodwork might be a little excessive but Dr. Thussu found something in my comprehensive lipid panel that was not expected and needs aggressive treatment. He took so much time explaining it all to me and truly cared about my long term cardiovascular health.”

Routine health management, preventive care, sick visits, medication management, and ongoing physician oversight.
Physician-guided TRT, HRT, menopause support, and individualized hormone management for appropriate men and women.
Deeper lab analysis and ongoing monitoring built to understand your broader health picture, not a single value.
Blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, body composition, and cardiovascular risk monitored as one picture.
Muscle retention, strength, energy, cognitive performance, sexual health, and long-term quality of life.
When you have a question or concern, you should be able to reach a physician who actually knows your history.
We’re not interested in getting one lab value into range and sending you home with a prescription. Testosterone, estrogen, metabolic health, cardiovascular health, sleep, sexual health, and body composition aren’t unrelated issues — they’re one picture. We want to understand how you feel, how your body is functioning, and where you want your health to be five, ten, and twenty years from now.
“I highly recommend this clinic. They helped improve my testosterone levels. At age 58 I feel like I did when I was younger. I have muscle mass and I feel strong. I have more confidence in myself and I’m not so irritable as I used to be.”
Reynaldo C.
“Dr. T isn’t just a doctor — he’s the standard. Before even touching my bloodwork, he took the time to understand me — my life, my habits, my goals. He breaks down every lab result in a way that actually makes sense, so you leave informed — not confused.”
Audrey D.
“My wife and I have both used TRT MD, and they’ve been absolutely amazing. They’ve helped us balance our hormones and identify key health factors that were affecting our overall well-being. We’re both feeling incredible now — super healthy, energized, and thriving.”

One predictable membership for a fundamentally different level of everyday care — a fraction of what many academic and hospital-affiliated concierge programs charge.
Membership starts at
or $5,400/year — save ~10% paying annually
Final pricing depends on your intake and treatment plan. Subject to confirmation.
It pays when something’s already gone wrong — an ER visit, a hospitalization, a procedure. It does not pay for true preventive care: the deeper lab screening, the time-intensive consults, the proactive planning it takes to prevent disease before it starts.
You’re investing in your future health — and your future financial health — instead of paying premiums to a carrier whose business model is to deny as much as possible.
We’d rather be transparent upfront than encourage someone to make a financial commitment that isn’t comfortable for them. Concierge care isn’t for everyone — the honest trade-off is a higher direct cost in exchange for time, access, and a model not shaped by what an insurer will reimburse.
A private clinic is a membership-based model where your physician manages far fewer patients than a traditional practice — giving you longer visits, direct access, and a physician who actually knows your history, rather than a rotating cast of providers on a 15-minute insurance clock.
Yes. TRTMD’s Las Vegas private clinic is led by Dr. Neelesh Thussu, Medical Director, serving Las Vegas, Clark County, and the greater Summerlin/Henderson region with combined primary care and hormone optimization.
The honest trade-off is cost: membership is a direct, ongoing expense on top of any insurance you maintain, and it’s not billed through insurance. In exchange, you get significantly more physician time, access, and a proactive approach. It’s not the right fit for everyone.
For patients who value physician access, longer visits, and proactive care over the lowest possible price, most find it well worth the investment. It depends on what you’re optimizing for.
Medicare does not cover the membership fee itself. Coverage for certain eligible outside services may still apply depending on your plan — our team can help you understand where Medicare or other insurance may still be useful.
Insurance is built around reactive medicine — paying for care once something has already gone wrong. It’s not designed to reimburse the proactive, preventive, time-intensive model TRTMD provides. Membership lets us design your care around what’s appropriate for you, not what a carrier will reimburse.
No. Membership is not health insurance, and patients should maintain appropriate major medical coverage for hospitalizations, emergencies, and specialist care.
Membership starts at $500/month, or $5,400/year with annual savings. Final pricing depends on your intake and treatment plan.
Visits typically run close to 90 minutes. Our physicians carry a fraction of a traditional practice’s patient load — a traditional PCP may see 20+ patients in a single day; ours don’t.
Whether you’re dealing with a specific issue today or simply want a physician who protects your health for the years ahead, TRTMD Private Clinic offers a different level of care. Not ready to commit? Schedule a no-pressure information call and we’ll answer your questions first.
